BURKERT FLUID CONTROL SYSTEMS

TAP Business Development assisted Bürkert Fluid Control Systems with the scoping of the Marketing Manager function of the recruitment process. Following a fact finding meeting with the client, a detailed job description was devised and a recruitment strategy presented.

The recruitment strategy considered the most appropriate and accurate method for generating interest in the post and for attracting potential candidates. Thereafter, particular attention was given to the development and implementation of a robust CV and initial interview scoring mechanism, which was used to accurately and effectively shortlist suitable candidates for follow on interviews.

All interviews were undertaken by TAP Business Development, initially independently and thereafter with the management of Bürkert present. Following an exellent response from high calibre individuals, recommendations were made concerning the placement and an offer was made to the successful candidate.
