TAP Business Development provided a Project Director for the delivery of a complex four year long, multi-million Euro project in Vietnam.

The overall objective of the project was poverty alleviation and job creation via the promotion of the private sector and SME development and the integration of Vietnam in the internal economy.

The specific objectives of the project were to provide technical assistance, training and expertise to enable te simplification and strengthening of the SMEs enabling environment at a provincial level to develop SME and regional development. It was intended that the end of the project the administrative and regulatory environment for SME development be improved in 9 provinces around Vietnam, that best practices be mainstreamed at a national level, public private sector dialogue conducive to SME development and the capacity to business support services enhanced at a provincial level.
