TAP Business Development undertook a key project management role in the development and delivery of a complex EMPA/SCAPE framework contract tender for Willmott Dixon, a leading UK construction company.

Working in conjunction with Advertising Synergy, who were contracted to deliver the complete design, layout, printing and presentation of the tender, TAP Business Development harnessed their knowledge of the construction industry and competitive tendering to guide and assist a team of individuals responsible for developing each aspect of the tender.

Particular attention was paid to ensuring that the tender accurately answered the brief, that the tender flowed correctly and presented the capabilities of this leading construction company in the most advantageous and easy to evaluate style. The tender was successfully developed and awarded to Willmott Dixon.
