Eager to address this we only charge a low percentage of starting salary or on a consultancy day rate for permanent recruitment. For interim management positions we charge an equally low percentage of the fees comanded by the selected individual. We are completely transparent on our charges and are always happy to discuss how we can offer value for money to best meet your situation.

We interview all individuals who are added to our database and we always strive to undertake face-to-face interviews. This is essential, in our view, to get a true impression of an individual's calibre. In interviewing we take care to consider technical capability, communication skills, commercial acumen, commitment and cultural fit.
